Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Distance Selling)

1. If you are instructing us as an individual and we have not met with you at our office the Consumer Contracts (Distance Selling) Regulations 2013 apply to this matter.
2. This means that you have the right to cancel your instructions to us within 14 days of instructing us. You can cancel your instructions by contacting us by email, fax or by post to this office.
3. Upon receiving your formal instructions we will issue our Client Care Letter. If you would like us to commence work on your file within the 14 days cooling off period, please return your signed client care letter to us stating this.
4. By signing and agreeing to our Client Care Letter and opting out of the cooling off period, once we have started work on your file, you may be charged a fee proportionate to the work completed if you then later cancel your instructions.
5. By signing the Client Care Letter and opting out, you have acknowledged, accepted and understood the Terms and Conditions, you are acknowledging that 1st Call Immigration Services will prepare your service within the 14 day cancellation period, which is usually available to you.
